1.    Participants may be required to provide certain personal identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify them. Such personal identifiable information may include, but is not limited to their name, pseudonym, e-mailing address, telephone number, etc. ("Personal Information").

2.    The Organizers will have the right to process the Personal Information provided by the Participants, for the purpose of actualizing this activation, marketing and remarketing purposes or to seek direct contact, while respecting and maintaining the privacy of the participants, unless there is a need for disclosure to the competent authorities strictly under the confines of the relevant empowering law.

3.    Entry of personal data constitutes Participant’s consent for the Organizers and their designees to use Participant’s name, and any other submitted Personal Information/data in the marketing activities without further consideration.

4.    By participating in this activation, you consent to the processing of your Personal Information by the Organizers which may involve the transfer of same to third party service providers and partners of the Organizers. The Organizers will process this personal data in accordance with the Coca-Cola Privacy Policy.
